The TAPP Queen offers a wide range of services, including flight bookings, hotel and cabin reservations, car rentals, concert tickets, excursions, train journeys, cruises, bus tours, and custom vacation packages for both domestic and international travel. We provide every imaginable form of travel service except for Airbnb and Vrbo reservations, which are not offered due to restrictions beyond our control.

The research fee can be paid via CashApp, Apple Pay, or Zelle. For more detailed information, please refer to our policies page. Deposits and vacation payments are accepted via credit or debit card upon completion of a credit card authorization form.

Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your information. The credit card authorization form is not stored and is destroyed after initial use. If you wish to use one card for your deposit and a different card for the remaining vacation balance, a new credit card authorization form will need to be completed.

Research fee and modification fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds on vacation payments depend on several factors, including the vendor's specific refund policy, the number of days until the scheduled vacation, the amount paid towards the vacation, and other considerations.

No, the TAPP Queen does not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your trip. However, the vendor may impose a fee if you choose not to proceed with your vacation. Please ensure you read all booking emails carefully, as they will detail the vendor's cancellation policies.

A valid state ID is always required when traveling. For international destinations, a passport is necessary. Closed-loop cruises will accept a birth certificate along with an ID matching the booked individual's full name, while open-loop cruises require a passport book. It is essential to check the travel requirements for your destination prior to departure to ensure you have all the necessary documents for entry, regardless of your mode of travel.

A passport book allows international travel by air, sea, and land to any country. It contains multiple pages for visas and entry/exit stamps. In contrast, a passport card is more limited, permitting land and sea travel only to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. It cannot be used for international air travel. Both forms of identification are issued by the U.S. Department of State and provide proof of citizenship.

Seat selection depends on the airline's policy and availability. Typically, you can select your seat during the booking process for an additional fee charged by the airline.
