Booking with the TAPP Queen ensures a seamless journey to the vacation of your dreams. My process is simple yet thorough:
1. Register and Request a Quote: Start by registering as a client and completing our quote request form. A $50 research fee is also required at this step.
2. Tailored Research: Allow some time to compile personalized findings that align with your vacation preferences.
3. Receive Your Custom Quote: The TAPP Queen will email you a custom quote, typically offering three payment options for your convenience.
4. Confirm Your Booking: Once you select the quote that suits you best, complete a credit card authorization form for the deposit and/or vacation payment.
5. Make Routine Payments: Continue making regular payments until your vacation is paid off.
Throughout this process, I am here to assist you in preparing for your fun-filled, much-needed trip!
Research Fee
All trips require a non-refundable and non-transferrable $50 research fee, which is separate from your vacation payment. Requests without this fee cannot be processed. Payments can be made via CashApp, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive a quote for one location. Multiple locations, extends planning time to 5 to 7 business days, with a $50 research fee required for each additional location.
Modification Fee
Please ensure your vacation request details are accurate, as significant changes will incur a $35 modification fee for a new quote before proceeding. Modified travel changes take up to 3 business days to process. Significant changes include:
1. Destination: Requesting a different location for the trip
2. Travel Dates: Altering the departure or return dates
3. Accommodation Type: Switching from a resort to a cruise or similar
4. Budget: Adjusting the initially agreed-upon budget
5. Number of Travelers: Adding or removing travelers from the booking

Vacation Payments
The first step to paying for your vacation is completing a credit card authorization form. This form grants the TAPP Queen permission to process your deposit and other payments for the agreed-upon trip. Payments are made directly to the vendor and are subject to their terms, conditions, cancellation, and refund policies, which you will receive via email after your deposit is successfully processed.
Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you opt out of travel insurance, a signed waiver will be required. Should you need to use your travel insurance, you can choose to receive funds as travel credits or be reimbursed on the card used for payment. Without travel insurance, there's a risk that any money paid could be lost. Please note that travel insurance and reimbursements vary by vacation vendor and type (flight, resort package, cruise, etc.). Be sure to read your emails for full details.

Unless you are a client currently on vacation, messages received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day, in the order they were received.

Response Time
When submitting a quote request, please allow 3 to 5 full business days to receive an email response. If you are unsure of your vacation destination or require quotes for multiple destinations, please allow 5 to 7 full business days for a reply. Significant modifications to your trip (see Payments) may require up to 3 business days to research and process.
For text inquiries, depending on their nature, please allow 4 to 24 hours for a response. Email communications may take up to 48 hours for a reply. Your patience is greatly appreciated as I strive to provide thorough and personalized service to everyone.
